Terms & Conditions for Online Packages
These terms are designed to kindly keep things fair and manageable for everyone. By purchasing a package, you agree to the following conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
1. Package Validity
- ‘Packages of 3’ are valid from the date of purchase for the following periods:
• 3 sessions → valid for 3 months
• 6 sessions (2x 3) → valid for 6 months
• 9 sessions (3x 3) → valid for 9 months
• 12 sessions (4x 3) → valid for 12 months - It is your responsibility to book and complete all sessions within the validity period.
- Sessions not used within the timeframe will be forfeited and cannot be carried over, refunded, or transferred.
2. Scheduling & Availability
- Sessions are available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (UK time).
- Appointments ideally scheduled 1–2 weeks apart (sometimes 3 weeks apart) to catch and preserve the momentum of processing and stabilizing the reset.
- Limited evening sessions (Tues/Wed at 6:00, 6:30, or 7:00 PM) may be available at a premium rate of £50 extra per session.
- Appointments are subject to availability. Early booking is recommended to ensure preferred times.
- If you leave booking too late and I have no availability, unused sessions will be forfeited.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellation
- 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel.
- Changes made within 48 hours will count as a used session.
- Frequent rescheduling may limit availability for your remaining sessions.
4. Payment
- To secure the discounted package rate, full payment is required upfront. Please check before payment if your desired dates and times are actual possibilities
- After payment, you’ll be asked to schedule your appointments (subject to availability).
- Appointment links (via Teams) will be sent after booking.
- Any later changes to your already pre-scheduled sessions must follow the usual 48-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy above.
- For international payments please make sure to cover any bank-charges for the transaction.
5. Refund Policy
- Packages are non-refundable except in this situation:
• If, after your first session, you feel the work isn’t right for you, you can request a partial refund.
• The first session will be charged at the full single-session rate (not discounted).
• The remaining balance will be refunded. - Discounted rates only apply when the full package is completed.
- For international refunds please note, international transaction fees will be deducted from your refund.
6. Unused Sessions
- Sessions not booked and used within the validity period are non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. Online Setup Recommendations
- Choose a quiet, distraction-free environment.
- For best connection, use a desktop with an Ethernet cable where possible.
