Booking Requirement – physical Alchemy Treatment:
- Please inform me at the time of booking which of the two Alchemy Treatment options you are choosing.
- Please review the Health Questionnaire here. You’ll be asked to complete & sign it upon arrival.

Consultation Time: Please note, 4-5 minutes of consultation time is honored before the start of your physical treatment. If you require longer than this to discuss specifics, it will become part of your booked session.
Note: Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to avoid your session being counted — as I’m unable to offer the allocated space to someone else with short notice.
For any changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice — including shortening your booked session — the full fee will still apply, as that time has been reserved just for you.

TREATMENT GUIDELINES:
You are required to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing the common cold & flu symptoms, covid-like or any other viral symptoms. This is to avoid infection spreading in the enclosed treatment-environment.
All surfaces and touch-points throughout the treatment- and bathroom areas are cleaned before and after each session. The whole area is ventilated between every session, and the room’s atmosphere is also cleansed with a beautifully scented space-clearing spray to make the entire environment fresh. Like this, we can responsibly look after each other. Thank you.
