Online Reset Packages – Booking Terms
These booking terms are designed to keep the process clear, fair, and straightforward for everyone. By purchasing an Online Reset Package, you agree to the following terms.
- Payment & Booking
To secure your Online Reset Package and benefit from the package pricing, full payment is required at the time of booking (via Faster Payment/Instant Payment).
Before making payment, please get in touch to find out about your preferred appointment dates and times are actual possibilities.
Once payment has been received, your appointments will be confirmed, and you will receive your booking confirmation together with your Microsoft Teams link and all the information you need to prepare for your sessions.
Any changes to pre-booked appointments are subject to the cancellation and rescheduling policy below.
- Package Validity
Packages are valid from the date of purchase for the following periods:
- 3 sessions – valid for 3 months
• 6 sessions (2 × 3) – valid for 6 months
• 9 sessions (3 × 3) – valid for 9 months
• 12 sessions (4 × 3) – valid for 12 months
To benefit from the package pricing, all sessions must be booked and completed within the relevant validity period.
Any sessions not used within this timeframe will expire and cannot be refunded, transferred, or carried forward.
- Scheduling & Availability
Online appointments are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, between 9:00am and 5:30pm (UK time).
For the greatest benefit, sessions are generally scheduled 1–2 weeks apart (occasionally up to 3 weeks), allowing the momentum of the work to build while providing time for integration between sessions.
A limited number of evening appointments (Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 6:00pm, 6:30pm or 7:00pm) may be available for an additional £50 per session.
Appointments are offered subject to availability. Booking in advance is recommended to secure your preferred times.
Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred schedule, availability cannot be guaranteed if appointments are left until the end of your package validity period.
- Rescheduling & Cancellation
Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is kindly required, as your session time has been reserved especially for you.
Appointments changed with less than 48 hours' notice will be regarded as fulfilled, as it is unlikely that the reserved time can be offered to another client at such short notice.
Repeated rescheduling may limit the availability of your remaining appointments within your package validity period.
- Refund Policy
Online Reset Packages are non-refundable, with one exception.
If, after your first session, you genuinely feel that this work is not the right fit for you, you may request a partial refund.
In this case:
- Your first session will be charged at the full standard single-session rate (rather than the discounted package rate).
- The remaining balance will be refunded.
Package pricing is offered on the understanding that the full programme is completed.
Please note that any payment processing or transaction fees incurred will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Unused Sessions
Sessions not booked and completed within the package validity period cannot be refunded, transferred, or carried forward.
- Preparing for Your Online Sessions
For the best experience, please choose a quiet, comfortable environment where you are unlikely to be disturbed.
Where possible, I recommend using a desktop or laptop computer with a wired (Ethernet) internet connection to ensure the most stable and reliable connection throughout your session.
8. Gift Cards
Gift Cards are available to purchase online and make a thoughtful gift for someone you care about.
They are delivered electronically, ready to forward or print, and are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
Gift Cards are subject to the same booking terms and validity period as all Online Sessions.
