In-Person Body Treatments – Booking Terms

 

These booking terms are designed to keep the process clear, fair, and straightforward for everyone. By purchasing an In-Person Body Treatment, you agree to the following terms.

 

  1. Payment & Booking

To secure your In-Person Body Treatment, full payment is required at the time of booking (via Faster Payment/Instant Bank Transfer).

Before making payment, please get in touch to find out if your preferred appointment date and time are actual possibilities.

Once payment has been received, your appointment will be fully confirmed, together with all the information you'll need in preparation for your visit.

Any changes to your appointment are subject to the cancellation and rescheduling policy below.

 

  1. Treatment Validity

Purchased In-Person Body Treatments remain valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

Appointments not booked and attended within this period will expire and cannot be refunded, transferred, or carried forward.

 

  1. Scheduling & Availability

Appointments are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, between 9:00am and 5:30pm (UK time).

A limited number of evening appointments (Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 6:00pm, 6:30pm or 7:00pm) may be available for an additional £50 per hour.

Appointments are offered subject to availability. Booking in advance is recommended to secure your preferred appointment time.

Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate your preferences, availability cannot be guaranteed if appointments are arranged towards the end of the treatment validity period.

 

  1. Rescheduling & Cancellation

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is kindly required, as your treatment time has been reserved especially for you.

Appointments changed with less than 48 hours' notice will be regarded as fulfilled, as it is unlikely that the reserved time can be offered to another client at such short notice.

Repeated rescheduling may reduce the availability of alternative appointments within your treatment validity period.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened while the original fee remains applicable.

If you think you may be delayed, please let me know as soon as possible so we can make the very best use of our time together.

 

  1. Gift Cards

Gift Cards are available to purchase online and make a thoughtful gift for someone you care about.

They are delivered electronically, ready to forward or print, and are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

Gift Cards are subject to the same booking terms and validity period as all In-Person Body Treatments.

 

  1. Refund Policy

Appointments cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice may be rescheduled or refunded in full.

Please note that any payment processing or transaction fees incurred will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Please also refer to Section 2 – Treatment Validity, regarding the validity period of purchased treatments.

 

  1. Unused Treatments

Purchased treatments not booked and attended within the validity period cannot be refunded, transferred, or carried forward.

 

  1. Preparing for Your Treatment

There is no special preparation required before your appointment.

Should there be anything in particular you'd like to focus on during your treatment, you're warmly invited to share this at the beginning of the session.

A blend of deeply nourishing, yet beautifully absorbing oils will be used throughout your treatment. You may therefore wish to wear clothing that you won't mind changing back into afterwards.
