Gift Card Terms
Giving someone the gift of time, restoration, and meaningful change is one of the most thoughtful gestures you can offer.
Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, marking a new chapter, or simply letting someone know they're cared for, a Kristina Eastwood Gift Card offers the opportunity to pause, reconnect, and invest in lasting wellbeing.
To help ensure a smooth experience for both the purchaser and recipient, please take a moment to read the following terms.
1. Purchasing a Gift Card
Gift Cards are available to purchase online and are issued electronically.
Once payment has been received, your Gift Card will be emailed to you and is ready to either forward digitally or print at home for personal gifting.
2. Validity
Gift Cards are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
To avoid disappointment, recipients are encouraged to arrange their appointment well in advance of the expiry date.
Gift Cards not redeemed within the validity period will expire and cannot be extended, refunded, or exchanged.
3. Booking an Appointment
Appointments are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, between 9:00am and 5:30pm (UK time), subject to availability.
A limited number of evening appointments (Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 6:00pm, 6:30pm or 7:00pm) may be available for an additional £50 per hour.
To arrange an appointment, simply get in touch via email or telephone, quoting your Gift Card details.
Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate preferred dates and times, availability cannot be guaranteed, particularly if booking close to the Gift Card expiry date.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellation
Once an appointment has been arranged using a Gift Card, the same booking terms apply as for all appointments.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is kindly required, as your appointment time has been reserved especially for you.
Appointments changed with less than 48 hours' notice will be regarded as fulfilled, as it is unlikely that the reserved time can be offered to another client at such short notice.
5. Gift Card Use
Gift Cards may be redeemed towards the eligible service or treatment offered by Kristina Eastwood, unless otherwise stated on the Gift Card itself.
If the value of the chosen appointment exceeds the Gift Card amount, the remaining balance will simply be payable at the time of booking.
If the appointment value is lower than the Gift Card value, the remaining balance may be used towards another eligible appointment within the original validity period.
Gift Cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Refunds
Gift Cards are purchased as a prepaid service and are therefore non-refundable.
Should a refund become necessary due to exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Kristina Eastwood, any payment processing or transaction fees incurred will be deducted from the refunded amount.
7. Lost Gift Cards
If your Gift Card has been misplaced, please get in touch.
Where proof of purchase can be verified, every effort will be made to reissue the Gift Card.
