1. About Your Order

Every Body Mapping Chart is professionally printed to order, rather than taken from existing stock.

This ensures each print is produced with the highest possible quality before being carefully packaged and dispatched directly from my trusted professional printing partner.

Each chart is supplied unframed, allowing you to choose a frame that best complements your space.

3. Printing & Delivery

Printing usually takes 1–2 working days.

Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location.

Every print is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

At present, orders can only be shipped to valid residential or business addresses.

Unfortunately, delivery to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses is not available.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Because every Body Mapping Chart is professionally printed specifically for your order, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted due to a change of mind.

The chart you receive will be identical in size, design, finish and overall appearance to the photographs and description shown on the purchase page.

For this reason, please take a moment to review the product description carefully before placing your order.

5. Printing Quality Guarantee

Whilst every care is taken throughout the printing process, on rare occasions a manufacturing fault may occur during production.

If your chart arrives with:

  • a printing defect
  • unexpected damage caused during production
  • incorrect trimming
  • noticeable print quality issues

please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, together with clear photographs showing the issue.

Where a genuine printing fault has occurred, I will gladly arrange for a replacement to be produced through my professional print partner.

Please note that this guarantee applies only to manufacturing or printing faults and does not cover damage occurring after delivery or normal wear and handling.

6. Colours & Screen Display

Every effort has been made to display the Body Mapping Chart as accurately as possible.

However, colours may vary slightly between different computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices due to individual screen settings.

Minor colour variations are considered normal and do not constitute a printing fault.
